The HELIOS WATCH solar wristwatch – for individualists, outdoor enthusiasts and sun lovers! Simply fold out the gnomon, point the compass north and read the time. The cosmic clockwork of the earth and sun never stops, ensuring that the sundial always keeps accurate time. No battery or clock spring is required.

The HELIOS WATCH displays solar time – the time that reflects the natural course of our sun: when the sun is at its highest at midday, it shows 12 noon solar time. This is true midday, which literally divides the day into two equal halves, the morning and the afternoon. This time always refers to the longitude at which you are currently located and is therefore also called local apparent time (LAT).

If you want the display of Central European Summer Time (CEST), then choose the HELIOS WATCH City. This version of the solar wristwatch is calculated for your location and can display the approximate CEST there. The dial is laser-engraved individually for you, and even the city and geographical coordinates are entered. The gnomon angle is also adjusted for the geographical latitude.
