Description
This instrument was a compact, robust and easily carried portable dial, belonging to the class of altitude dials. It’s known as the pillar dial or more commonly, the shepherd’s dial. The dial is finished with a rotating top with two styles or gnomons (the long one for winter and the short one for summer), both independent, collapsible so they can be stored inside the hollow cylinder to be transported.
Delivery in a presentation box with a user manual in 4 languages (English, French, Italian, Spanish).
